1. Product introduction

The main components of DJD series mechanical diaphragm metering pump (GB diaphragm metering pump) are made of precision casting and CNC machining. According to the design of liquid end structure, the pump shall not leak during operation. The driving parts are made of solid materials and durable. The overcurrent components are made of PVC/PTFE/304/316 and other materials.

(1) Safe operation, mechanically driven diaphragm.

(5) The diaphragm is made of multi-layer composite structure. The first layer is super tough Teflon acid resistant film, the second layer is EPDM elastic rubber, the third layer is 3.0mm stainless steel 304 supporting iron core, the fourth layer is reinforced nylon fiber, and the fifth layer is completely covered with EPDM elastic rubber, which can effectively raise the service life of the diaphragm.
